There is a booking fee of $50. (this will be taken off total session cost.) This fee is due when booking to reserve the date and or time of your session I will not make other reservations for that date or time; so for this reason, booking fees are non – refundable.
Total remaining session cost is due upon the date of session.
Client(s) must arrive ready to shoot. Additional time will not be added to a session, in the event of tardiness. A grace period of up to 5 minutes will be given for each session. After 5 minutes, clients will incur a charge of $15. After 10 minutes, session will be cancelled. Please give at least 24 hours notice if you should need to reschedule your session due to illness, personal/family emergency.
Alyssa Jenelle Photography is not liable to deliver every image taken at the session. The determination of which images delivered is left to the discretion of AJP, as well as editing styles, effects, and overall look of the images.
Photos will be received by digital download with a print release for personal use.

BOOKING FEES: A $50 fee is required upfront to reserve your date. This is NON-REFUNDABLE fee. No exceptions.
COPYRIGHT: Alyssa Jenelle Photography is not liable to deliver every image taken at the session. The determination of which images are delivered is left to the discretion of AJP, as well as editing styles, effects, and overall look of the images. Photos will be received by digital download with a print release for personal use. AJP also has the right to use and publish any & all images/photographs taken during the photography session; described above to further promote its services.
CANCELLATIONS: If you no call, no show; you are forfeiting your booking fee and I will not schedule with you again. Please be mindful that when I block off a time spot for you, I am holding that spot for only you. Therefore, I am not able to schedule someone else. I will not tolerate no call, no show clients.
RESCHEDULING: I understand that life happens. People get sick, and things go wrong. If you need to reschedule for any reason, please try to give me 24 hrs notice. If you happen to fall ill the day of your session, please reschedule. I cannot risk passing on anything to my clients. Your photos will look better if you are feeling well rested and at your best. If it is down pouring and sideways rain that hinders our photo session, I will without a doubt reschedule. If your reschedule is approved, your booking fee will carry over onto your new date. If rescheduling more than 60 days out, a new booking fee will be required.
TARDINESS: Please plan enough time to get to your session. Whether that be getting the kids ready or navigating through rush hour traffic. If you are running late, please call me. We respect every single client's time and put an incredible amount of effort into scheduling and planning a session, so please respect mine. If you are more than 10-15 minutes late without calling, you will forfeit your booking fee and I will have the right to cancel the session.
IMAGE DELIVERY: Photos will be received by email (digital download), with a print release for personal use. I ask for up to 2 weeks to get your photos back to you.
REFUNDS: No refund will be given under any circumstances; Due to the nature of digital photography and the fact that photographs, once sent, cannot be returned; AJP has a strict NO REFUNDS POLICY. Once a transaction has been completed it is then considered non-refundable. Refunds will NOT be given due to “not liking a photo”.
